Points don't need to be redeemed – rewards are automatically given based on how many points you earn as a Bike Angel in a given month. 10 points earn you a free Explorer Pass to share with a friend and 20 points earn you a week's membership extension – these rewards are automatically awarded and emailed to you as soon as you earn enough points.
If you earn a gift card, we will send it at the end of the month once your monthly point total has been finalized. For annual rewards such as Bike Angels pins, we will send you an email once you've earned the reward and will ship it to the shipping address you share.
