Annual and monthly memberships:
When you signed up for an annual or monthly membership, you were automatically enrolled in auto-renew to make sure there were no interruptions in your service. We will bill the card that you have on file two days before your membership is set to expire. If you have never turned off auto-renew, you don’t need to do anything to keep riding!
If you want to increase your plan, you can also put the cost of your Monthly Membership toward an Annual Membership and upgrade for the cost of an annual pass, minus the cost of your monthly membership.
To adjust auto-renew off or on in your account settings:
Log in to your account
Look for "Manage account settings"
There will be an option to toggle ‘YES’ you want to auto-renew. You can deselect the box next to ‘YES’ to turn auto-renewals off.
To upgrade from a monthly to an annual plan, select Annual Upgrade from Monthly (30-Days)"
