You can always check the points earned on your most recent trip and your monthly, annual, and lifetime points total in your ride history within the app or your member profile on Bluebikes website.

If you think there's a trip you believe should have earned a point that did not award the point, there are a few different reasons this might have occurred.

Trip Impact: Trips that start at a station in need of bikes ​ and trips that end at a station in need of docking space ​ are not eligible to earn points as these trips are much less likely to help an additional rider.

Trip Timing: Bike Angels scores on the map update every 15 minutes right now. "Real-time" scores mean that points are most likely to help a fellow rider. The score changes occur on the hour along with 15, 30, and 45 minutes past the hour.

In rare cases, the points take a few minutes to register.
