Your membership will include unlimited 60-minute trips and a bicycle benefits sticker.  If you keep a bike out for longer than 60 minutes at a time, you'll be charged usage fees: there is an extra $0.07/minute charged after the 60-minute time limit. To avoid usage fees, keep your rides to 60 minutes or less. A ride begins when a bike is unlocked and ends when the bike is securely returned to any Bluebikes station.   

Usage fees for trips over 60 minutes will be automatically charged to your account on the 7th of each month. Make sure you get the green light on the station every time you dock your bike to avoid fees!

Finding yourself close to the 60-minute mark? You can dock your bike at any Bluebikes station, wait one minute, then take out another bike and continue riding to avoid any additional fees.

If a bike has been missing from the system for more than 30 days, the $1200 missing bike fee will be charged to the credit card on file. If you have any questions about the status of your rental or have inconsistent usage fees please contact Bluebikes customer service, now supported by Lyft.
