There are three different pricing plans available for the income-eligible program:
Monthly and annual members both must reconfirm their eligibility each year in order to continue receiving the discounted rate. Monthly memberships are set to expire 30 days from the day of purchase. If you'd like to switch from an annual membership to a monthly one, please contact Bluebikes customer service, now supported by Lyft. You can do this at any time, or at when renewing.
Upon expiration, simply dip your key at any dock or use the app to take out a bike, and your membership will be renewed for another 30 days. You will be charged the $5 monthly membership fee when you choose to renew.
Or- you can manually renew the same membership type at any time. Please follow the steps below!
First, login to your account online.
For members with lapsed/expired, you'll see a button that says “renew”- click this. If your membership is still active, the button will read 'Upgrade Now'.
You'll then be taken to the registration page. Follow the on-screen instructions to the checkout!
