If you keep a bike out for longer than the time included in your membership or pass, extra time fees will apply.

Single Ride Pass holders: the first 30 minutes of each ride are included in the pass price. If you keep a bike out for longer than 30 minutes at a time, you will be charged an extra $0.25/min.

Adventure Pass holders: the first 2-hours of each ride are included in the pass price. If you keep a bike out for longer than 2-hours at a time, you will be charged an extra $0.25/min.

Monthly and annual members: the first 45 minutes of each ride are included in the membership price. If you keep a bike out for longer than 45 minutes at a time, you will be charged an extra $0.10/min. Corporate members are also responsible for extra time fees.

Income-Eligible members (those who qualified for a discounted monthly or annual memberships) have a ride time of up to 60 minutes. If you keep a bike out for longer than 60 minutes at a time, you will be charged an extra $0.07/min and your account may be suspended.

NOTE: If you do not return a bike within a 24-hour period, your account may be charged a lost or stolen bike fee of $1,200 (plus tax).
