If you're trying to purchase a pass and your payment wasn't accepted, there are a few reasons it could have been declined:
Your bank rejected the transaction.
You have a bike out or your last bike wasn’t properly locked.
You have an active ride or pass.*
Please be sure to keep an updated form of payment on your account to continue riding smoothly.
*You can’t purchase a new pass using the same credit card while you still have an active pass. For instance, If you purchased an Day Pass and wanted to buy a second Day Pass before the first pass expired, you would have to use a different credit or debit card.
