Looking to redeem a gift certificate? You should have received an emailed gift ride code. You are able to redeem the gift code through the Bluebikes mobile app or online at bluebikes.com.

If you received a gift certificate for an annual membership but are already a Bluebikes member, you can use your gift certificate to renew your membership. Log into your account, click on “Manage auto-renewal options” and turn off auto-renew. Then, when you are within 30 days of your expiration date, you can go back into your account settings to renew your membership using your gift certificate code.

Please keep in mind that gift certificates cover the cost of the pass/membership, but does not cover any extra time charges you may incur. So even if you're redeeming a gift certificate, you must keep an active credit or debit on file in case any charges are incurred.
